The Founder
Max Weiner founded The Arm Farm as a 19 year old college ball player who was also coaching amateur and pro pitchers across the country. Since then, Max has served as a MiLB Pitching Coach for the Cleveland Guardians and is currently the Pitching Coordinator for The Seattle Mariners, assisting their Farm System in climbing from worst-to-first in a span of 3 years in 2019-2021 (Baseball America). For his work with The Arm Farm and throughout professional baseball, Max has since been named as a Forbes 30 Under 30 Honoree in the 2023 class.
