To add a new member, users need to provide details like name, date of birth, Aadhaar number, and relevant documents. This process can be completed online within minutes If any information is incorrect such as name or birth date it can be updated through the portal using proper verification. In cases where a member needs to be removed (due to death or family separation), an application must be submitted along with supporting documents.

For those who are not comfortable with online processes, assistance is also available at local Gram Panchayat or municipal offices. Officials verify the details and update the records in the system.
